In short: Anticiplay is free to enter. No cash prize is ever funded by entrant payments — any prize offered comes from sponsorship or marketing budget, not from your entry. Private leagues and optional membership fees are flat access/hosting costs, not a prize pool.

1. Who we are

Anticiplay ("we", "us", "the Service") operates a free-to-play football prediction game, including the Last Man Standing format and score/minute prediction competitions, covering the Premier League and Championship (and any leagues added from time to time).

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and take part. If you are under 18, you confirm you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service.

The Service is intended for use in the UK and UAE, and elsewhere in accordance with local law. It is your responsibility to check that participation is lawful wherever you are located.

3. How the game works

Entry to the core game is free. There is no charge to pick, and no cash prize is funded from participant entries.
Picks lock automatically 1 hour before the first kickoff of the round. If you haven't submitted a valid pick by that point, you are disqualified for that round.
Results are settled using official match outcomes. In the rare case of a postponed, abandoned, or replayed fixture, we will apply the rule that is fairest to the pool of remaining players, and our decision on how to handle it is final.
We may correct scoring errors at any time, including after a round has been settled, if a genuine mistake is found.

4. Private leagues

Where a private league carries an access or hosting fee, that fee funds the platform and is not a prize pool. No portion of a private league fee is paid out as a cash prize to participants. Private league organisers are responsible for communicating the rules of their own league clearly to their members.

5. Membership

Optional paid membership unlocks additional stats, insights, or features as described on the Service at the time of purchase. Membership does not grant any advantage in game outcomes and does not affect scoring.

Membership fees are billed as described at checkout. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.

6. Prizes and sponsorship

Where a cash or non-cash prize is offered, it is funded by us or by a sponsor, from marketing or sponsorship budget — never from entrants' payments. Prize eligibility, value, and any tax responsibility (which rests with the winner) will be described alongside the specific promotion.

7. Account and conduct

You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for all activity on your account.
One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage may result in disqualification and account closure.
We may suspend or terminate an account for cheating, abuse, attempts to manipulate results, or breach of these terms.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access or that results will always be free of error. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will be flagged on the site.
